Recently, Holiday Out changed the visitor gate procedure. The answering service no longer controls the gate access for your visitors. Access is now provided by the owners. Please assure that the office has the correct contact phone number for your unit so that it can be programmed into the gate system.

  • When a visitor arrives at the gate, they call the unit to be visited by using the call box at the visitor’s gate.
  • When the call is answered, the owner can speak to the caller through the gate speakerphone to verify that they wish to give them access. If you do, just press 9 on your phone’s keypad and the gate will open.
