Monthly rental includes water, sewer, basic cable, bi-weekly trash pickup, private pool and beach access.

Lot 406 is 22 ft X 55 ft and can accommodate a 38ft RV including hitch.   It is on wide North Dolphin with easy access and conveniently across from bathhouse #4.

Holiday Out recreation facilities by the ocean include access to a private beach, heated swimming pool and children’s wading pool, bocce, shuffleboard and pickle ball courts, a Clubhouse with ping pong and pool tables, a library and free WIFI plus an Oceanside patio with tables, chairs, umbrellas and grills for barbecues. There are also restrooms and showers in the Clubhouse. All of this is within walking distance (10-15 minutes) from Lot 406 or parking is available if you want to drive.
