HOLIDAY OUT RULES FOR OWNERS, RENTERS, AND VISITORS
The following is a partial list of Rules and Regulations which have been adopted by the Board of Directors for the protection and enjoyment of all residents. All owners, renters, and visitors must adhere to our Blue Book (Declaration, By-Laws, and Rules & Regulations).

1. ID TAGS & KEYS
• Keys, proximity devices and gate openers are to be provided to the renter(s) by the property owner or other person(s) authorized by the owner to act on their behalf.

2. UNIT PARKING
• Only one (1) RV may reside on any lot/unit. Awnings and slide outs must not impinge on neighboring property or lawn. No Pop-Up campers are permitted.
• No parking is permitted on the grass or street. This includes golf cart parking.
• Truck campers may not be removed from the truck.
• Two (2) passenger vehicles may be parked on a driveway, if the driveway is large enough.
• All cars/trucks must have a Holiday Out parking sticker or visitor pass which can be obtained from the Holiday Out office (Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm). Parking stickers and/or visitor passes will be provided with proof of valid registration.
• No utility or boat trailers are permitted on the unit site for more than 48 hours.

• All units are privately owned. Parking on vacant lots/units is prohibited unless written permission is granted by the owner and is on file in the Holiday Out office. Use roads for walking. Do not trespass or shortcut through units.

4. VEHICLES
• All moving vehicles, including bicycles, motor scooters, and golf carts, etc. must obey 10 MPH speed limit and all other traffic signs. Reminder: All golf carts must have a valid Holiday Out sticker, proof of insurance, and can be operated only by licensed drivers.

5. PETS
• ONLY ONE (1) customary household pet (i.e., dog or cat) is allowed per unit.
• Pet information for both owners & renters must be submitted must be on file in the Holiday Out office.
• The dog walk is located at the vacant property west of the office and is demarcated with white fence posts and chain. Droppings and their immediate disposal are the responsibility of the pet owner. Droppings must be placed in a plastic bag and disposed of properly in the trash bins located at the north and south ends of the dog walk area.
• Pets outside the private residence must be on a leash of 8’ or less.
• Pets are not allowed in any common grassy area, in the tunnel, or the recreation area. St. Lucie county prohibits unleashed dogs on the beach.

• The Rec Area is open 24 hours. Smoking is prohibited inside the building.
• The LRH (lower rec hall) closes at 10:00 pm.

• Per Florida Statute: No glass or food in pool area.
• No diapers in the large pool. Additional restrictions are posted on signs at the pool and recreation area.

• All mobile RV’s must have a sewer and wastewater hook-up which will connect to the sewer outlet and seal with a rubber collar, to comply with Florida State Law.
• Dumping wastewater or sewage on the ground is prohibited.
