Lot 491 fully paved on the north side of Holiday Out –  for seasonal rental starting Nov 1 – April 30, 2024.  All Holiday Out amenities included: private beach access, beachside pool, club house, bocci ball, pickle ball and other outside activities.

Monthly rent: $1500.  Water, sewer and basic cable included. Electric not included.  Site has both a 30 and 50 amp plug.

$250 refundable deposit for gate opener and club house entry key fob.
