Seasonal Terms and Rates:
Winter season 24/25: 3 months minimum: December 2024 – April 2025: $4,350 per month for 3 months
Mid season 1 month minimum: May-June/Oct-Nov: $3,000 per month
Low season 1 month minimum: July-August-September: $2,500 per month
Electricity included up to $100 p.m.
Security Deposit, cleaning fees and pet fees apply. (1 dog maximum allowed)
1 full month rental deposit required to secure booking.

Stays for 2 to 4 weeks can be accomodated in mid-low season if available. Contact me for more information. Mid and low season are negotiable as long as it’s reasonable.
