HOLIDAY OUT RULES FOR OWNERS, RENTERS, AND VISITORS
\nThe following is a partial list of Rules and Regulations which have been adopted by the Board of Directors for the protection and enjoyment of all residents. All owners, renters, and visitors must adhere to our Blue Book (Declaration, By-Laws, and Rules & Regulations).
\nUPON ARRIVAL, REGISTER AT THE HOLIDAY OUT OFFICE
\n(Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM)
\n(Failure to check in will result in Access Cards and\/or FOBS being deactivated)

\nCARDS AND\/OR FOBS, AND PARKING PERMIT CAN BE UPDATED<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\n
1. ID TAGS & KEYS
\n\u2022 Keys, proximity devices and gate openers are to be provided to the renter(s) by the property owner or other person(s) authorized by the owner to act on their behalf.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

<\/div>\n
2. UNIT PARKING
\n\u2022 Only one (1) RV may reside on any lot\/unit. Awnings and slide outs must not impinge on neighboring property or lawn. No Pop-Up campers are permitted.
\n\u2022 No parking is permitted on the grass or street. This includes golf cart parking.
\n\u2022 Truck campers may not be removed from the truck.
\n\u2022 Two (2) passenger vehicles may be parked on a driveway, if the driveway is large enough.
\n\u2022 All cars\/trucks must have a Holiday Out parking sticker or visitor pass which can be obtained from the Holiday Out office (Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm). Parking stickers and\/or visitor passes will be provided with proof of valid registration.
\n\u2022 No utility or boat trailers are permitted on the unit site for more than 48 hours.<\/div>\n
3. OTHER PARKING
\n\u2022 All units are privately owned. Parking on vacant lots\/units is prohibited unless written permission is granted by the owner and is on file in the Holiday Out office. Use roads for walking. Do not trespass or shortcut through units.<\/div>\n
4. VEHICLES
\n\u2022 All moving vehicles, including bicycles, motor scooters, and golf carts, etc. must obey 10 MPH speed limit and all other traffic signs. Reminder: All golf carts must have a valid Holiday Out sticker, proof of insurance, and can be operated only by licensed drivers.<\/div>\n
5. PETS
\n\u2022 ONLY ONE (1) customary household pet (i.e., dog or cat) is allowed per unit.
\n\u2022 Pet information for both owners & renters must be submitted must be on file in the Holiday Out office.
\n\u2022 The dog walk is located at the vacant property west of the office and is demarcated with white fence posts and chain. Droppings and their immediate disposal are the responsibility of the pet owner. Droppings must be placed in a plastic bag and disposed of properly in the trash bins located at the north and south ends of the dog walk area.
\n\u2022 Pets outside the private residence must be on a leash of 8\u2019 or less.
\n\u2022 Pets are not allowed in any common grassy area, in the tunnel, or the recreation area. St. Lucie county prohibits unleashed dogs on the beach.
\n\u2022 Houses, pens, or runs are not permitted.
\nAny breed of dog showing aggressive behavior and cited for same must be removed from the park by the unit owner, renter, or guest.<\/div>\n
6. REC AREA
\n\u2022 The Rec Area is open 24 hours. Smoking is prohibited inside the building.
\n\u2022 The LRH (lower rec hall) closes at 10:00 pm.
\n\u2022 Pool hours are posted on the pool access gates. The pool is not open after dark.
\n\u2022 Per Florida Statute: No glass or food in pool area.
\n\u2022 No diapers in the large pool. Additional restrictions are posted on signs at the pool and recreation area.<\/div>\n
7. CHILDREN
\n\u2022 Children, age 12 and under, must be accompanied by a registered adult of Holiday Out while in the pool or LRH (lower rec hall).<\/div>\n
8. SEWER HOOK-UP
\n\u2022 All mobile RV\u2019s must have a sewer and wastewater hook-up which will connect to the sewer outlet and seal with a rubber collar, to comply with Florida State Law.
\n\u2022 Dumping wastewater or sewage on the ground is prohibited.
\n\u2022 DO NOT FLUSH sanitary pads, disposable diapers, excessive paper or any other unsuitable materials.
\n\u2022 DO NOT DISPOSE of grease in sinks or drains.<\/div>\n
9. GARBAGE
\n\u2022 Curbside household garbage pick-up is Monday & Thursday.<\/div>\n
10. QUIET HOURS:
\nSUNDAY-THURSDAY: 10:00 pm-8:00 am FRIDAY-SATURDAY: 11:00 pm-8:00 am<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
