2/10  update

Due to the limited supply of the vaccine, it is very doubtful that the President’s Council will be able to conduct the vaccine clinic at Holiday Out.  At this time, we have to assume that there will be no vaccine availability to hold the clinic.  Therefore, we want to encourage residents to utilize any available opportunity to obtain the vaccine.

1/24 update

Mobile Medical Associates has still not received a vaccine allocation from the county.  This link will take you to the Presidents Council website for more information.  www.pcofhi.com/vaccine-info

1/20 Update

The service provider, Mobile Medical Associates, informed the Presidents Council today that they have not been able to obtain an allocation of vaccines from St. Lucie County.  We can’t schedule an event until MMA receives a vaccine allocation. We are still hopeful that a vaccine clinic can be provided here.  And since we can’t provide a firm plan, we encourage you to seek the vaccine at any location available to you.  An update will be posted here when we know more.

1/19 Update

At this time we are still awaiting word from the Service provider regarding the registration website and the number of doses that will be available.  We expected to hear something by today.  From what we see in the media, the vaccine is in very short supply.  So, if you have the opportunity to obtain the vaccine somewhere else, you should take it.  We’re still planning for this event but there are still details to work out that are beyond our control.  As updates are available they will be posted here.

Holiday Out and the Presidents Council of Hutchinson Island will be conducting a Covid 19 Vaccine clinic in the near future.  We expect the vaccination will be done by early February.  The timing will be dependent on vaccine availability from the St. Lucie County health department.  Planning for the event is underway now, so all details are not available at this time. Once the detailed plans are in place, an information page will be available on the Presidents Council website and we will provide a link here once it is known.   At this time we do not know which vaccine will be administered.  It will depend on availability.  We don’t know if there will be enough doses for everyone.  3000 doses have been requested but we don’t know how many will be allocated.  They will be distributed on a first come first served basis to residents of all condominium associations that are members of the Presidents Council of Hutchinson Island.  Registration will only be available through the vendor’s website.  That website and link have not been set up yet.  We expect the site to be set up by Wednesday, 1/20.  That web link will be provided here as soon as it is available. There will be no telephone or paper registrations.  Here is a link to the Presidents Council information:  https://www.pcofhi.com/news
